Q. How much is shipping?
A. Shipping costs vary depending on where in the world your order is shipping to. This cost is calculated once your shipping address is entered on the checkout page.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. For customers in the UK, standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. For our customers outside of the UK, standard delivery takes between 5-7 business days. On occasions where the product is out of stock, lead times might be slightly longer.
Q. Do you offer express delivery?

Q. Do you have a warranty period?
A. Yes! All our items have the manufacturer’s warranty period.
Q. What happens if I lose or break part of the set?
A. Manufacturer’s warranty covers any manufacturing defects, but unfortunately, we cannot reimburse customers for lost or broken items.
Q. What is your returns policy?

A. If you are in the US or the EU there is no import tax. In other countries duty tax may vary, so we recommend checking with your customs office before purchasing. Please note, we won’t be able to provide a refund if you reject the shipment due to customs fees.

A. As an educational supplier we aim to keep our costs to our customers as low as possible. On certain products, we can offer volume discounts for educators. Please call or email to enquire about volume discounts.
